Warranty Information

Irvin Bullbar manufactured products

Irvin Bullbars grants the original purchaser a limited warranty of product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of two (2) years after retail purchase from an authorized Irvin Bullbar dealer. This warranty does not cover the cost, nor will be responsible for any costs due to the removal, installation, transport or any other loss due to warranty servicing.

Improved finishes, such as polishing or powder coating are not subjected to this warranty. Nor will be products sourced and used in the manufacture of Irvin Bullbar products, (such as indicators). These products will be affected by that manufacturers warranty conditions.

The maximum liability to Irvin Bullbars under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty covers only the cost of repair or replacement of the product or part thereof, the final decision of which remains solely at the discretion of Irvin Bullbars.

This warranty will not cover the product for damage or defects caused by collision, alteration, improper installation, road hazards, adverse conditions or usage for any other purpose other than normal private usage.

If an Irvin Bullbar product is suspected to be defective, it must be submitted for warranty inspection through an authorized Irvin Bullbar distributor. The entire part must be returned for inspection, not just the suspected defective part, shipped freight prepaid, together with a written description of the suspected failure with proof of purchase and full contact details. The repaired or replaced product will be returned freight prepaid.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
